5.0/10

The hotel has a beautiful appearance and offers nice rooms, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor service and a subpar dining atmosphere. The location is quite odd, with noisy highways and train tracks nearby, which detracts from the relaxing vibe one might expect from a resort. Overall, it didn’t meet the expectations for a luxurious stay.

Rooms
7.0
The one-bedroom suite we stayed in was nice but lacked some essential toiletries, which was disappointing. I would rate the rooms a 7 out of 10 for being decent but not exceptional.
Service
5.0
Service was a significant letdown. The staff at the restaurant rushed us during lunch, and the concierge offered zero helpful suggestions for activities. I would give the service a rating of 4, as it really felt lacking.
Location
5.0
The location is far from ideal. While we chose it for being away from the strip, it was surrounded by highways and train tracks, leading to a lot of noise. I’d rate the location a 5, as it did not contribute to a peaceful stay.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the hotel was a disappointment, particularly since we expected a fine dining experience but ended up eating in what felt like a lobby cafeteria. I’d rate dining a 3 since it lacked ambiance.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities seemed adequate but lacked activity and excitement. The pool area felt small and uninspired. I would give the facilities a 5, just average.

My stay at the Trump hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view from the 59th floor. The staff provided such welcoming service throughout, and I really appreciated the non-gaming environment. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and the hotel does sit a bit off the main strip, which might be inconvenient at times.

Rooms
9.0
The suite we stayed in was enormous, featuring a comfy bed and an impressive bathroom with ample space.
Service
10.0
The service was outstanding, with accommodating staff from check-in to the pool area.
Location
7.0
While the hotel is located just off the strip, it does require a taxi or Uber for most outings, which can be a bit of a hassle.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience could be improved; the breakfast was good but the restaurant service felt just okay.
Facilities
8.0
The pool area was enjoyable, but I felt some of the amenities could be enhanced.

8.2/10

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The check-in process was super quick, and I loved the fact that it was a non-smoking environment with no casino — a perfect escape from the bustling strip. The room was amazing with a fantastic view and a spacious bathroom, but the valet parking could be a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, it's a great value for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Las Vegas.

Rooms
10.0
The one-bedroom suite was huge with a stunning view of the strip and a luxurious bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and a rain shower.
Service
7.0
Most staff were professional, but I had varied experiences — some interactions were friendly while others fell a bit short.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, being just a short walk from the strip while still feeling quiet and serene.
Dining
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, though the gym was smaller than expected and could use a little more equipment.

6.6/10

I had high hopes for my stay at this hotel, especially given its non-smoking policy and spacious amenities. However, despite the beautiful rooms, I encountered significant issues with service and room readiness that left me disappointed. The location is decent, but the overall experience was marred by service inconsistencies and late-night noise disturbances.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with a huge bathroom and a view of the Strip. The kitchenette was a great bonus, making it convenient for snacks and drinks.
Service
5.0
The service was hit and miss. It started well with friendly staff, but I faced delays with room service and housekeeping, which became frustrating. It felt like they were overwhelmed with requests.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located just across the street from the Fashion Show Mall, making shopping convenient. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the Strip, which is a plus for quieter stays.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were limited, and I experienced unexpected charges during breakfast, which felt somewhat off. The restaurant was decent but could improve service during busy times.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities, including the gym and spa, were quite nice, though access to loungers by the pool now incurs an extra fee, which I found disappointing compared to past visits.

6.2/10

My stay at the hotel had its highlights, particularly the spacious rooms and excellent service from the friendly staff. However, I found the dining options lacking and the location a bit distant from the main attractions. The atmosphere was pleasant, but it felt more exclusive than convenient. Overall, it has a luxurious feel but could use some improvements in dining and access.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and offered nice views of the Las Vegas skyline, complete with luxurious bathrooms and comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly accommodating and had a genuine can-do attitude, making every interaction pleasant.
Location
5.0
While the hotel is situated in a quieter area away from the hustle of the strip, I did feel hesitant about walking to the casinos alone, as it didn't seem entirely safe at night.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the dining options fell short of expectations, with the food quality not meeting the price point.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacks many traditional resort amenities, which might disappoint those looking for a typical Vegas experience.
